Delivered

Tracking FAQ
My tracking number isn’t working. What should I do?
Please allow up to 24 hours after your pickup for the tracking information to become active in our system. If it has been longer than 24 hours, please double-check the number for typos. If it still doesn’t work, call our office directly.
How often is the tracking status updated?
Your shipment status is updated at key milestones: upon pickup, departure from origin, arrival at destination city, and final delivery. Our GPS systems provide real-time location data to our dispatch team.
Can I change my delivery date once the truck is in transit?
Changes to the delivery date while a shipment is in transit are difficult but sometimes possible. They may result in storage fees or delays. It is critical to contact your move coordinator immediately if your availability changes.
